Position Overview
Phoenix Virtual Tour is currently seeking a creative, motivated, and technically skilled Photographer/Videographer to join our growing team in the Phoenix metro area.

This is a flexible hybrid contractor role combining on-site shooting with remote post-production workflow responsibilities. We are looking for professionals who can confidently represent our brand while delivering consistent, high-quality media for luxury and residential real estate listings.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Capture professional real estate photography and video content

Photograph interiors, exteriors, aerials, and twilight sessions

Operate drones and gimbals safely and professionally

Ensure homes are properly prepared prior to shooting

Deliver consistent composition and exposure standards

Upload and back up media files daily

Collaborate with agents, homeowners, editors, and the production team

Represent Phoenix Virtual Tour professionally during all client interactions

Maintain equipment and ensure all gear is functioning properly before assignments

Qualifications
Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional photography experience

Real estate photography experience preferred

Basic video production and gimbal operation experience required

Technical Requirements
Applicants should own and operate professional equipment including:

Full-frame camera body

14–16mm wide-angle lens

Drone with FAA Part 107 certification

Gimbal stabilizer

Tripod

Microphones

Drone ND filters preferred

Additional Requirements

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area

Flexible availability including evenings for twilight shoots

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines

Preferred Skills

Off-camera flash experience

Luxury real estate photography experience

Social media reel/content creation

Lightroom, Bridge, and Photoshop proficiency

Fast turnaround editing workflow knowledge
