Responsibilities
Production Management & Execution

Serve as a Producer, Director or Videographer depending on project scope

Manage productions from pre‑production through post‑production including but not limited to scheduling, crew coordination, and production logistics

Build and manage budgets for projects, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget

Assist with file organization, media management, equipment maintenance, and production workflows

Ensure creative output meets objectives and deadlines across all levels of production

Stay ahead of cultural trends, memes, sports media, and emerging creative styles to inspire fresh ideas and executions

On‑Set Presence & Leadership

Act as an on‑set leader, representing Fresh Tape Media with confidence and professionalism

Staff and manage on‑site production crew, providing clear feedback that elevates the work and creates a positive working experience

Direct on‑camera talent including athletes and creators during productions while maintaining a comfortable and confident on‑set presence

Set a high bar for quality, organization, and communication across all production work

Communicate professionally with clients, partners and stakeholders throughout the production process, ensuring alignment on direction, timelines and deliverables

Lead and contribute to creative development for branded, commercial, social, and experiential projects from concept through delivery

Collaborate across productions and departments, stepping into supporting roles for events, campaigns, shoots, and large‑scale productions as needed

Qualifications
Technical

3+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or creative production environments

Confidence directing talent on set

Experience producing narrative, branded, and/or social content

Proficiency with project management tools, Slack, and/or Google Workspace

Understanding of lighting, grip, and audio fundamentals

Experience sourcing crew and vendors across departments, both locally and nationally

Preferred but not required: Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema camera systems, including familiarity with Blackmagic and RED workflows

Personal

Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented

Strong visual instincts and creative taste level

Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude with strong adaptability and problem‑solving skills

Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and on multiple projects simultaneously

Deep understanding of social media trends, internet culture, and evolving creative landscapes within sports and entertainment and beyond

Ability to travel up to 50% and comfortable working extended hours when productions require it
