ABOUT THE ROLE
Nulo is looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team, with a primary focus on retail marketing creative for our European business. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong experience creating compelling retail and shopper marketing assets, and can confidently lead projects from concept through production while collaborating with our in-house creative team and European commercialization team.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how the Nulo brand shows up across our growing European retail channels—including in‑store signage, point‑of‑sale materials, merchandising systems, retail campaigns, sales collateral, trade marketing, and retailer‑specific digital assets. You’ll collaborate closely with Nulo’s brand & retail marketing, ecommerce, and international teams to develop thoughtful, high‑impact creative that brings our brand and personality to life for our customers. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and self‑sufficient—someone who can confidently manage multiple projects at once, navigate ambiguity, and deliver polished creative with minimal oversight.

The Graphic Designer will report to the Director of Creative Services and work closely with Nulo’s internal creative team and international stakeholders. The role will be an in‑office role based out of our Austin, TX headquarters.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead the design and execution of retail marketing creative for Nulo’s European markets across print, digital, and in‑store environments

Create compelling consumer‑facing assets including POS displays, shelf signage, merchandising materials, retailer presentations, promotional campaigns, trade show materials, and retail web assets

Translate Nulo’s existing brand creative for international retail needs while maintaining strong brand consistency across channels and markets

Partner cross‑functionally with international marketing, sales, and product development teams to translate business goals into effective creative solutions

Own projects through the full creative lifecycle—from concepting and design through production and final delivery

Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail

Help elevate the overall quality and consistency of Nulo’s visual identity across retail touchpoints

Contribute fresh ideas, strong design thinking, and strategic creative perspective to team brainstorms and brand initiatives

Prepare production‑ready files and collaborate with external vendors, printers, and retail partners as needed

WHO YOU ARE

4–7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in‑house or agency environments

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across retail marketing, brand systems, packaging‑adjacent design, and integrated campaigns

Proven experience designing for physical retail environments including POS, signage, merchandising, or shopper marketing

Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and production best practices

Ability to confidently manage projects and priorities while collaborating effectively within a fast‑paced creative team

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative and non‑creative teams

Experience working within established brand guidelines while also helping evolve and strengthen them

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and production file setup

Experience in CPG, pet, wellness, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Experience working with European or international markets, and translated creative, is a plus
