Your Responsibilities

Attract potential healthcare candidates through our innovative platform and your personal network
Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess interest
Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
Follow up with leads to enhance interest and further assist in their hiring journey
Keep meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions for meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires made from your leads
