Overview We are seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to play a key role in strengthening the search visibility and performance of a large, enterprise digital ecosystem. This role collaborates closely with digital marketing, web operations, analytics, and content teams to develop, implement, and optimize search engine optimization strategies across multiple high‑traffic websites and digital properties.
Responsibilities Analyze search performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and deliver actionable insights that improve organic visibility, traffic, and engagement.
Monitor SEO performance trends and evaluate optimization strategies, providing reporting and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments to identify growth opportunities aligned with user intent and business priorities.
Develop and implement on‑page, technical, and content‑driven SEO strategies to improve site performance and search rankings.
Partner with cross‑functional teams including content, UX, development, and marketing to execute SEO initiatives effectively.
Translate complex SEO data into clear recommendations that inform both short‑term optimizations and long‑term strategy.
Stay current on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies (including AI‑driven search) to keep strategies competitive and forward‑thinking.
Required Skills Expertise in SEO / Search Engine Optimization
Strong foundation in digital marketing and content strategy
Experience with Google Analytics (Adobe Analytics is a plus)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
Ability to track and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions, engagement)
Strong understanding of on‑page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, internal linking, and content structure
Experience conducting competitive research and identifying search opportunities within large or complex website environments
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Ability to work cross‑functionally with UX, development, and marketing teams
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and site architecture
Exposure to emerging search trends, including AI‑driven search and generative search experiences

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
