Responsibilities

Work with State Local Government & Education customers to understand their needs, missions, and define project goals.

Lead cross‑functional teams, including AWS members, customer stakeholders, and vendors, to create and execute plans.

Guide customers through their cloud journey, leveraging AWS solutions and applying agile delivery methodology.

Manage scope, schedule, cost, and project governance; create and deliver communications to stakeholders.

Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction and expectation management.

Travel to client locations as required.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (e.g., Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale.

5+ years of cloud computing experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.

Knowledge of the value proposition of public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Experience in leading and delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.

Active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI‑ACP, PRINCE2).

AWS certification.

Experience with Agile and project management toolsets such as Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or Taiga.

Experience presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of business across organizations.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: 151,000 – 204,200 USD annually (varies by location). Additional compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
