Your Role in Our Success.
As the HR Director for Private Client Services (PCS), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and practices, reporting directly to the President & CEO of PCS. You'll work in close partnership with the MMA Chief People Officer and the PCS Leadership Team to drive a people strategy that encourages growth, integrates teams, and maintains high performance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Acting as a strategic partner to the President & CEO, CFO, and other leaders to design and implement a scalable people strategy that supports organizational growth and performance.
Overseeing the complete people agenda, including organizational design, performance management, talent acquisition, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Fostering a culture of feedback and recognition that enhances employee engagement and utilizes survey results to drive actionable improvements.
Implementing structured change management practices to ensure smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
Collaborating with key leaders to develop and enhance a producer development model, aligning compensation frameworks with performance objectives.
Partnering with Learning & Development teams to launch strategies that build essential skills and capabilities within the organization.
Developing talent acquisition strategies that address organizational needs while standardizing and optimizing recruiting processes.
Acting as a liaison with HR leaders and recruitment teams to enhance internal resources and recruiting capabilities.
Who We Are Looking For:
Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or SPHR preferred.
Experience in a sales environment is a plus, with a proven ability to align business objectives with HR initiatives.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
Strong relationship‑building abilities alongside a high sense of urgency.
Proficient in MS Office.

The salary range for this role is $129,600 - $194,300, depending on various factors. This position may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
