JOB SUMMARY
Elevates our client's employer brand through compelling storytelling and creative content. Develop strategic internal HR communications, support change management initiatives, and create authentic, high-impact content that reflects the company’s values, culture, and people-first approach. This role strengthens employee engagement and pride while positioning the company as an employer of choice to attract top talent. Drives campaigns that amplify employee voices and bring the culture to life across platforms to improve recruitment and retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute strategic HR communications plans with consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.

Own and manage the HR communications calendar, aligning with key initiatives and business priorities.

Create engaging social and digital content that showcases employee experiences, purpose, and culture to strengthen employer brand affinity.

Design and lead campaigns celebrating employee milestones, achievements, and stories to build connection and community.

Implement innovative storytelling formats including video, reels, takeovers, and behind-the-scenes content.

Partner with Talent Acquisition to align content strategies with recruiting goals and reinforce the company as an employer of choice.

Collaborate with others to ensure brand consistency and maximize content performance.

Drive initiatives that amplify employee voices and bring the company culture to life.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, change management, or equivalent relevant experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, change management, or HR-related roles.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and detail.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing platforms.

Knowledge of employer branding best practices and recruitment marketing strategies.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Genuine passion for creating positive employee experiences and strong interpersonal skills.
