Drive revenue and elevate premium experiences at one of the UK’s leading arenas. You’ll win new business, secure high-value corporate partnerships, and grow key client relationships—consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional hospitality.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a maternity cover position and, if successful, the fixed term contract is for 10 months.

Key Responsibilities

Driving new business growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and a strong forward-thinking sales pipeline.

Maximising revenue by upselling and cross‑selling across key accounts and the wider premium portfolio.

Building and strengthening high‑value relationships, unlocking new opportunities with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Delivering targeted sales campaigns and innovative, compelling proposals that convert and exceed performance metrics.

Collaborating cross‑functionally and representing the brand at events to ensure exceptional customer experiences and generate new leads.

Qualifications

A proven track record in B2B and/or B2C sales, with strong commercial and financial acumen.

The ability to build lasting relationships, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A proactive, creative approach to sourcing and converting new business opportunities.

Strong analytical skills with the discipline to track and report on pipelines, performance, and results.

A high‑energy, target‑driven mindset with a collaborative, team‑focused approach and a commitment to excellence.
