Commercial Lines Account Executive - Real Estate
Location: Birmingham, AL
A growing insurance agency seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to deliver exceptional service and manage both the new and renewal processes for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle new business and renewals, including policy reviews and some marketing.
Collaborate with marketing and support teams for efficient workflows.
Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their needs, while maintain strong relationships.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates.
Use agency management system to streamline operations and keep accurate records.
Qualifications

5+ years in commercial insurance account management, with independent agency experience.
Active P&C license.
Expertise in commercial insurance products and coverages.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with EPIC (preferred).
