Onzie’s business model is built on integrity, and conscious commerce. We believe sweat is sacred, the body is a canvas, and business can be both grounded and visionary. All garments are designed and produced in Los Angeles with an emphasis on ethical, human‑made craftsmanship. The brand’s sustainability credentials are substantive and independently verified: OEKO‑TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, PFAS/PFA‑free, CiCLO® biodegradable technology, plant‑based odor control and UV protection. Onzie has recently relaunched its direct‑to‑consumer ecommerce business and is seeking a senior leader to own and grow it.
Role Description

NOW HIRING — Conscious Content + Digital Creator
Paid Part‑Time/Los Angeles‑based preferred - Ideal candidate is a soulful, hot yogi who understands sweat, somatic movement, and how content drives commerce.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Founder to shape brand voice, produce content weekly, and co‑build marketing momentum ahead of our relaunch.
What You’ll Do

Develop content concepts + monthly storytelling plans
Shoot + edit weekly video/photo creative (Reels/TikTok/IG)
Write copy across social, email, SMS + landing pages
Build + nourish relationships with yogis, creators + micro‑ambassadors
Co‑create system + content rhythm + brand voice

You have strong video – editing and content creation abilities, you are passionate about fitness and ideally hot yoga space, you understand embodied movement
Can organize, have fun communicating with wellness focused individuals.
You’re a hybrid strategist + creator (ideas + execution)
You love content that feels soulful, elevated + emotionally resonant + can execute
You’re energized by startup energy + women’s empowerment + creative culture
You're LA‑based or able to be present for shoots
Preferred Systems & Platform Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

Instagram – TikTok – Reels + short‑form editing culture

Comfortable managing:

DMs, comments, creator communication, ambassador content flow

Familiar with social scheduling and management tools such as:

Later – Sprout Social – or similar social platform systems

Comfortable organizing and managing assets within:

Dropbox – Google Drive – Google Docs

Familiarity with:

Canva – basic graphic/layout editing – social asset preparation

Platform‑savvy with awareness of:

trending content formats – hooks + retention – wellness creator culture – Instagram/TikTok best practices

Bonus if experienced with:

Instagram Shop – creator affiliate tools – influencer/ambassador platforms
