Job Overview
This temporary role supports the Office of Career Management (OCM) by leading and coordinating communications and digital content updates to enhance student engagement and career resources. Key responsibilities include managing updates to the OCM website, maintaining content in Carmen Canvas such as My Career Management and Summer Career Core, and developing highlighted job pages for the fall semester. The position also provides administrative support to the Pathways Specialist during the development of initial Pathways initiatives and conducts research to update and maintain OCM’s “Best of the Best” internship employer profiles.

Responsibilities

Managing updates to the OCM website

Maintaining content in Carmen Canvas such as My Career Management and Summer Career Core

Developing highlighted job pages for the fall semester

Providing administrative support to the Pathways Specialist during the development of initial Pathways initiatives

Conducting research to update and maintain OCM’s “Best of the Best” internship employer profiles

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

MBA STEM desired

Position Type: Temporary (Fixed Term)

Scheduled Hours: 40 per week

Shift: First Shift
