Customer Experience Specialist

Dexian DISYS is looking for a Representative in Customer Service to provide customer relations support. Key responsibilities include addressing sales promotions, maintaining strong customer relations, and effectively resolving complaints per consumer laws.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience and a solid understanding of defined procedures and tasks. The position operates within established work routines. Shift is from 9:30am to 6pm.
