Responsibilities
Mobility is the goal.

Prepare daily invoicing for key account customers.

Ensure all billings (EI and NI) are completed timely and in accordance with key customer contract terms and conditions.

Maintain accuracy of key customers' special billing rates.

Upload invoices to third‑party billing platforms and provide required documentation, including work orders, purchase orders, and time tickets.

Drive improvement in DSO, bad debt expense, and accounts receivable aging.

Continually check invoice status in third‑party platforms and resolve rejected invoices or invoices placed on hold by key customers.

Involve key account managers, district offices, and liaise directly with key customers to resolve account invoice disputes, set timeframes for resolution, and monitor for completion.

Communicate with key customers to discuss discrepancies, investigate complaints, verify accuracy of charges, correct errors in accounts, and confirm payment dates.

Provide statements of account to customers, key account managers, and others upon request.

Escalate disputes to management as needed.

Qualifications
Mobility needs you.

Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration background or an associate degree with additional work experience in billing or collections.

2–5 years of general work experience.
