This role is ideal for an entry-level marketing professional who wants to develop strong foundations across content, campaigns, and marketing activities. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality assets, ensure consistency across channels, and support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities. You will act as a key operational contributor, helping transform strategy into execution across content, customers, campaigns, and internal communications.WHAT YOU'LL DOAssist in the creation of marketing content (videos, blog posts, newsletters, case studies…)Support the adaptation of technical content into clear, engaging messaging for target audienceCoordinate with internal stakeholders (product, sales, SMEs) to gather inputs and validate contentHelp maintain consistency in messaging, tone and brand voice with MarCom guidelinesSupport the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and announcementsCoordinate campaign assets production across communication channelsTrack deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time executionAssist in updating or replacing outdated materialsHelp manage and schedule social media content (primarily LinkedIn)Coordinate with designers for asset productionMaintain and organize marketing assets (presentations, PDFs, visuals, videos)Ensure proper version control, naming conventions, and repository updatesSupport content calendar management and execution trackingProvide operational support for ad hoc marketing projects and initiativesCollaborate with product marketing, sales, and other teams to support ongoing marketing needsMonitor engagement and support basic performance trackingContribute to improving workflows, tools, and processes over timeRemain abreast of emerging industry trends, news, and new technologies pertaining to spaceQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content-related roles (internships included) is a plusFirst experience in B2B or technology environment is a plusStrong writing and editing skills (clear, structured, audience-oriented)Comfortable working with marketing tools (CRM, Wrike, Canva, Adobe, HubSpot, or similar tools)Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and digital channelsHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong execution mindset: reliable, responsive, and delivery-orientedAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyGood communication and collaboration skillsCurious, eager to learn, and proactiveBasic understanding of branding and messaging principlesComfortable working with tools (CRM, Wrike, Canvas, Adobe etc)Interest in complex B2B technology and ability to learn and assimilate technical conceptsLOCATIONMinneapolis, MN (Eden Prairie)Candidates should be available for on-site or hybrid work arrangementsCompensation: 50,000 USD - 55,000 USDAt Fortra, we’re breaking the attack chain.
