SureWerx is growing and seeking a Bilingual Inside Account Manager to own, manage, and grow an assigned book of business while delivering a high‑touch customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who brings both sales execution and customer service depth—someone who understands how to build long‑term relationships, proactively manage accounts, uncover growth opportunities, and serve as a trusted partner to distributor customers. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and ensuring customer needs are met from quote through order fulfillment. This position reports to the Manager of Inside Account Sales.
This is a largely remote role with occasional travel for meetings or trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Revenue Growth
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing distributor accounts with a focus on long‑term relationship development and revenue expansion.
Proactively identify upsell, cross‑sell, and add‑on opportunities within current accounts.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by creating, tracking, and closing opportunities.
Sales Execution
Conduct outbound calls and follow‑ups with assigned accounts and targeted prospects.
Understand customer business needs, buying processes, and decision makers.
Present value‑based solutions, handle objections, prepare quotes, and close sales.
Partner with Product Managers on special pricing and larger purchase opportunities.
Vet and develop new distributor and user opportunities.
Customer Experience & Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a responsive and professional experience.
Assist customers in identifying the correct products or parts for their applications.
Submit sales orders and respond to questions regarding product details, availability, and order status.
Maintain accurate customer records and communicate updates related to pricing, terms, or programs.
Use PowerPoint to host meetings virtually with distributor partners to review business, present programs, ideas, and products to expand their business and support their customer base.
Conduct virtual meetings to educate distributors and users on product features and uses.
Prepare and conduct internal meetings before the greater company.
Collaboration & Enablement
Support national programs, product launches, promotions, and trade show follow‑up.
Participate in the creation and execution of company‑wide and custom promotions.
Research SureWerx and competitive products using catalogs, online tools, and internal resources.
Tools & Administration
Use Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, activities, and pipeline.
Utilize Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI to support sales reporting and presentations.
Perform required administrative tasks to ensure data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of successful outbound sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or account management role.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts, not just process orders.
Strong customer service foundation with the ability to balance relationship management and sales objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented team player with a positive, professional approach.
Preferred Experience
B2B sales experience within a distributor, industrial, safety, or manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting export or national distributor programs.
Familiarity with value‑based selling and consultative account management.
