We are looking for a social-native creator and strategist who lives at the intersection of content, culture, creators, and internet behavior.

This role is not for someone who simply follows trends. We’re looking for someone obsessed with understanding why trends happen — and how to help brands and personalities create them.

The ideal candidate is equal parts:

creator

strategist

producer

community builder

and culture obsessive

You should have a deep understanding of the social media landscape, creator economy, influencer behavior, and platform culture — while also being capable of concepting, creating, editing, and publishing content yourself.

This person will help shape the voice, relevance, and social identity of celebrity personalities, consumer brands, and entertainment-driven businesses across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging channels.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Creative Development

Concept, shoot, edit, and publish social-first content for brands, founders, celebrities, and campaigns

Create both video and static content optimized for platform behavior and engagement

Translate internet culture, trends, and conversations into brand-relevant content opportunities

Develop ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback quickly and collaboratively

Help brands participate authentically in cultural moments, trends, and conversations

Social Strategy & Community Management

Manage and oversee multiple client social accounts across industries including entertainment, consumer products, hospitality, and spirits

Develop platform-specific social strategies focused on audience growth, engagement, relevance, and conversation

Write strong social copy and engage with communities using each brand’s established tone and personality

Monitor social conversations, creator ecosystems, and emerging platform behaviors daily

Identify opportunities for real-time engagement and reactive content

Influencer & Creator Marketing

Lead creator and influencer programs from strategy through execution

Identify, source, and build relationships with creators, influencers, agents, and talent representatives

Develop creator strategies that align brand objectives with culture and storytelling

Manage creator casting, negotiations, timelines, approvals, and campaign execution

Serve as a trusted partner and collaborator to influencers, creators, and talent

Client Leadership & Collaboration

Serve as a client-facing lead in meetings, presentations, brainstorms, and reporting

Partner closely with PR, creative, talent, events, and production teams to ensure fully integrated campaigns

Present strategies, creative concepts, trend insights, and performance recommendations with confidence

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving agency environment

Insights, Reporting & Innovation

Track and analyze campaign and platform performance using native and third-party tools

Deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations

Stay ahead of emerging social, creator, and cultural trends

Contribute to agency thought leadership and innovation in the creator and social space

Who You Are

A true digital native with deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and creator culture

Someone who creates content naturally — not just manages it

Equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on maker

Obsessed with internet culture, emerging creators, memes, trends, aesthetics, and audience behavior

Comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly

Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills

Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership

Comfortable presenting ideas directly to clients, talent, and partners

Passionate about entertainment, consumer brands, hospitality, fashion, music, sports, nightlife, and culture

Experience

Experience managing social channels for brands, personalities, talent, or entertainment properties

Experience creating social-first content across video and static formats

Experience working with influencers, creators, or talent partnerships preferred

Agency experience is a plus, but creator/operator experience matters more

Has 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
