The Role
We are hiring a Media Manager to join our unique cross‑functional Media and Advertising team. In this role you will work with clients ranging from small startups to world‑famous brands, delivering strategic and creative media and advertising solutions that drive measurable impact on their business. Your work will involve partnering cross‑functionally with internal teams and external clients while building and managing relationships and driving data‑driven optimizations.

What You’ll Do

Manage paid media and advertising campaign strategy, setup, ongoing optimization, and reporting.

Research and analyze clients’ business, competitors, and target audiences to recommend channel, budget, and targeting strategies.

Set up and monitor multiple campaigns across Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon DSP, and other channels (programmatic, paid social, paid search).

Effectively manage advertising campaigns through ad‑tech tools to drive efficiency.

Synthesize performance data and present concise, actionable insights to clients on a regular basis.

Proactively identify business opportunities for clients, such as new targeting opportunities, ad formats, and competitive moves.

Execute flawless media strategy, optimizations, and testing plans.

Partner with the Brand Management Lead to maintain an integrated approach to strategy, creative, and advertising, enrolling cross‑discipline team members where relevant.

Execute on client deliverables and provide clear direction and vision on priorities to help achieve client goals.

Assist with thought leadership and POVs for clients on industry trends.

Who You Are

Very comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Drive.

Follows current advertising and media trends.

What You’ve Done

4+ years of hands‑on experience owning and optimizing media and advertising campaigns across channels including Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon DSP, programmatic, paid social, paid search, keyword research, content optimization, bid/budget management, and reporting.

Proven experience aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources and reporting on performance.

Proven experience recommending campaign budgets based on historical data and best practices.

Professional experience working directly with clients to address challenges/opportunities and communicating complex technical topics to varied audiences.

Nice to Haves

Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Similar Web, Skai, Perpetua, Pacvue, or other relevant tools.

Understanding of Amazon business factors such as inventory and buy‑box ownership.

Experience working across the e‑commerce and paid media landscape (Shopify, Google Ads, social advertising, etc.).

Previous agency experience.
