As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success in the Southeast region, focusing on meeting and exceeding order, sales, and market‑share goals through direct selling efforts and territory management. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve goals in your region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts, monitoring satisfaction and industry trends.

Participate in industry trade shows and seminars to represent our products effectively.

Key Skills and Experience:
In-depth knowledge of Electrical Distribution, Transmission, and Generation users, particularly in Asset Management around power transformers and substations.
Experience negotiating and closing electric power deals at various management levels.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region (up to 60%).
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
A self‑directed and well‑organized individual who thrives as a team player.
Proven success in managing high‑value customer relationships and exceeding multi‑million‑dollar sales quotas.
Experience working with resellers and representatives.
