S&P Global has recently announced the intent to separate our Mobility Segment into a standalone public company.
Job Description Summary:
Part of automotiveMastermind’s success is attributed to our unique culture and “One Team” philosophy. The Dealer Relations Associate (DRA) will embody this philosophy and act as an extension of our Dealer Relations Team by providing support in any/all necessary administrative and dealer partner outreach functions. The DRA will support one Director, Dealer Relations along with their team of Dealer Relations Managers and serve a book of 100+ dealership accounts.
A Successful Dealer Relations Associate Will:
Deliver 3-4 virtual user training sessions to dealer partners each week via Zoom.
Obtain and submit required marketing co‑op documents to enable dealership reimbursement.
Coordinate, manage, and follow up on dealer support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Build monthly and quarterly business presentations using internal metrics and the Performance Insights Dashboard.
Execute daily administrative support tasks such as discounts, MSRP adjustments, and user management.
Establish a close professional relationship with dealer partners to foster continuous support.
Provide reliable communication by phone, Zoom, or email to address partner questions and resolve issues.
Support additional assignments such as reporting, custom reports, and ad‑hoc requests as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Two years of professional experience in administrative sales, marketing, or customer service.
Preferred experience in automotive, SaaS, or automotive SaaS environments.
Experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, client‑facing, technology‑driven environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint).
Experience working with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Strong oral and written communication skills with business acumen.
Excellent relationship‑building and rapport‑establishing abilities.
Curious, eager to learn, adaptable to new challenges.
Problem‑solving aptitude, including research and cross‑department collaboration.
Proactive in soliciting feedback, asking clarifying questions, and resolving issues.
Team player capable of collaborating on customer accounts and internal processes.
Ability to handle ambiguity and think quickly on your feet.
Strong attention to detail.
Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting competing deadlines.
Self‑aware of personal performance with continuous improvement.
College degree preferred.
Must be able to commute to our London, Ontario office.
