Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across various industries such as Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Technology, Engineering, and Legal & Compliance, positioning talent solutions to meet market needs.

Execute targeted sourcing strategies and first‑round interviews to identify candidates aligned with client branding and role requirements.

Drive business growth & development through strategic client acquisition, account marketing, and long‑term partnership building.

Manage negotiations and close recruitment cases by aligning candidate value propositions with client hiring objectives.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
