What You’ll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager role is a high-impact position that is critically important to BridgeBio’s success. The launch of Encaleret will introduce a first-in-class drug for ADH1, or autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1, a rare endocrine disease. They will be patient champions with exceptional business and clinical acumen to execute product launches with sustained excellence. In doing so, they will bring a high sense of urgency, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion to partner with ADH1 providers and patients.

Responsibilities

Meeting and/or exceeding sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets.

Will demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.

Will take a customer-centric approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussions utilizing approved materials.

Will effectively analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern in their territory.

Be responsible for territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives

Will adhere to company guidelines and demonstrate honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability and perform all responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal rules and regulations

Will exhibit compliant partnership with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB and other key cross-functional team members to develop strategies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market in their territory to drive business. Develops, nurtures and maintains professional relationships with targeted HCP’s including physicians, medical staff, and key personnel and multi-disciplinary staff

Anticipates potential business challenges, adjusts priorities as needed, demonstrates flexibility, and develops solutions to address challenges

Maintains an exceptional level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical, market and product knowledge and the business environment of the territory.

Collaborates with peers and company personnel to ensure corporate objectives and initiatives are achieved.

Effectively plans and organizes schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and use of time to accomplish goals and objectives

Acts as an ambassador on behalf of BridgeBio. Present a professional image and represent the company, products and people with integrity and respect.

Ensures that all activities are following applicable regulations, compliance and Pharma guidelines

Where You’ll Work
This is a field-based position in Northern California ideally based in Sacramento or San Francisco, California.

Who You Are

8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required. Rare disease experience is highly preferred.

BS/BA Required, MBA Preferred but not required

Product/indication launch experience : Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications into highly competitive and/or new markets

Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem- solving skills

Ability to prioritize and execute on plan

Proven leadership skills with a history of holding oneself to a high level of accountability

Ability to influence without authority, internally as well as externally

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent skills in using remote technology and AI to engage with customers and analyze business opportunities.

Adherence to BridgeBio’s high ethical standards

Large geographies. Significant travel will be required

Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.

$155,000 - $210,000 USD
