Responsibilities

Video production and post‑production

Assisting with setup and teardown on shoot days including lighting, audio, teleprompter, etc.

Capturing high quality b‑roll and event footage as needed

Sorting through raw footage and compiling the compelling clips to produce a rough cut

Accruing and organizing video assets: recordings, screen captures, animations, audio files

Laying out and editing video content with a consistent look and feel that is on‑brand and fits within our guidelines

Working with content team in a review process to organize and make edits as needed

Contributing creative ideas while striving to push content creation to the next level

Researching and sourcing growing viral trends and content

Publishing/YouTube channel management

Optimizing YouTube descriptions, metadata and transcriptions for better search visibility

Producing channel specific/short‑form versions of content for use on a variety of social channels

Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proficient knowledge in video technology, equipment and filming

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required

Strong After Effects, Photoshop, Motion skills are a plus

Flexible schedule, working remotely, adapt to changes in deadlines and project scope

Photography and video shooting experience a plus

Must have your own camera equipment

Knowledgeable in various camera systems

Interest in the restaurant, nightlife, music and/or sports and trading card industries

Highly detail‑oriented, self‑motivated communicator who follows direction and functions well in a dynamic team environment

Must be creative, organized, and eager to learn

Ability to handle multiple projects at once and help meet tight deadlines

Familiarity with different design formats for all digital platforms Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube

Prior experience and understanding of working within brand guidelines and style guides

Motion graphics experience is a plus

Must be able to submit portfolio, demo reel or video samples, as well as your social media handles for further consideration

This position is located in beautiful new office at The Hub on Causeway with scenic views of the Zakim bridge. This opportunity is office‑based and is NOT a remote opportunity. Travel to additional venues and locations within the New England area will be required

Non‑typical office hours may occasionally be required including evenings, weekends, and holidays
