Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled

Lead React Developer

who can drive the front-end development for large-scale applications serving a high-volume user base. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with

React

and capable of adapting to other front-end libraries and frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue) as project needs evolve. This role requires a

hands-on individual contributor

onshore who can also manage and guide an offshore team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of modern front-end applications using

React.js

and related technologies.
Adapt quickly to and work with multiple front-end frameworks/libraries when required (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
Collaborate closely with product owners, backend engineers, and UX designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Architect and optimize solutions for

large-scale user databases

with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
Serve as the primary onshore technical lead while managing and mentoring an offshore team of developers to ensure timely delivery.
Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in UI development.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end codebases.
Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years

of professional front-end development experience, with

5+ years in React.js .
Strong experience in

multiple front-end frameworks/libraries

such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
Proven track record of building and scaling web applications for

large user bases .
Solid understanding of

JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 , and responsive design principles.
Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn).
Strong leadership skills with prior experience

managing offshore development teams .
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have:

Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js) or micro front-end architectures.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to performance monitoring and analytics tools for web applications.
