Videographer

In coordination with camp leadership, the videographer provides consistent video content for Outdoor Education and Thousand Pines program camps, as well as video support for guest groups, staff development, events, and promotional material.
Essential Functions

Capture video and photos of guests, staff, facilities, events, nature and more!
Log, organize, and edit video as needed for producing daily, weekly and weekend camp videos
Assist in the production of special video projects, i.e. themes and marketing
Properly care for and help maintain the condition of all equipment.
Additional Functions

Keep work areas, storage, and equipment neat, clean, and safe
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Familiarity understanding of digital video, audio, and editing

Secondary Competency Areas - "A Plus"

Experience in content creation, graphics, motion graphics, video and photography
Strong creative portfolio
Familiarity with Adobe Creative suite and Mac computers
Ability to have and appropriately share creative ideas for improvement and development
Ability to lead a creative team & projects as needed
Qualifications

Godly, Christian character, integrity, and adaptability
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent related career work experience
Valid Driver's license
Previous Video Experience
Agreement with Thousand Pines Mission, Vision, Values, Staff Handbook, and Doctrinal Statement
Physical Demands

Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job – to include leaning, bending over, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, squatting, lifting, carrying, holding, and moving heavy objects
Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time at high elevation. Must be able to lift, hold, carry a minimum of 50 pounds
