Game Designer

You Have:
5+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
5+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis and analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
Experience in Modeling and Simulation environments and with game design
Experience with scripting or automation using C++ programming language
Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, visualization of targeted data sources, and solutions to complex problems
Experience with commercial tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Discourse, Overleaf, GitLab, GitLab Runners, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansys products, Teamwork Cloud, MATLAB, Fortify, McAfee ePO, Splunk, or Nessus
Ability to communicate succinctly at the strategic level to senior leaders while maintaining technical credibility under scrutiny
Ability to participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform requirements into technical solutions
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting the Department of Defense operations, Joint Staff, Service Component, or Combatant Command operations and activities
Experience working in a joint operational environment and with the interagency
Experience with war gaming
Experience with war-related or political games
Knowledge of game engines
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Master's degree in a relevant field
Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
