This position is ideal for a mid-level designer who can take ownership of the company's visual brand presence across print, digital, events, and web initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of brand design, print production, digital creative, and website/UI exposure, with the ability to manage both strategic brand projects and rapid-turnaround design requests.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Visual IdentityOwn and maintain the organization's visual brand identity across all channelsDevelop, update, and manage brand style guidelines for consistent executionReview and ensure creative consistency across internal and external marketing assetsServe as the internal design point of contact for brand standardsPrint Design & ProductionDesign print collateral including:Sales sheetsFlyersPostersBrochuresOne-pagersProduct packagingEvent/trade show materialsBranded merchandisePrepare press-ready production files and coordinate with print vendorsManage vendor communication including proofing, sourcing, pricing, and fulfillmentDigital Design & Website SupportDesign digital marketing assets including:Website pagesLanding pagesEmail templatesSocial media creativePresentation decksSupport website redesign efforts including page layouts, component systems, and digital brand consistencyCollaborate with development/marketing teams on UI-adjacent creative executionGeneral Design SupportHandle quick-turn creative requests (logo edits, event creative, promotional assets, campaign updates)Support sales, operations, partnerships, and marketing teams with design needsOrganize and maintain design asset libraries, files, and version controlManage multiple concurrent deadlines in a high-volume environmentQualifications3–5 years of professional graphic design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design workAdvanced proficiency in:Adobe IllustratorAdobe PhotoshopAdobe InDesignExperience designing marketing collateral and production-ready print materialsFamiliarity with website design, layouts, UI design concepts, or web creativeExperience with Figma for UI/web design collaborationWorking knowledge of Canva and Microsoft OfficeStrong understanding of print production processes and vendor coordinationExcellent communication skills with ability to receive and implement feedback quicklyComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven onsite environmentIdeal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a hands-on creative professional who thrives in a fast-moving marketing environment and can shift seamlessly between strategic brand work and urgent production design tasks.Best fit includes:Experience in B2B marketing or corporate brand environmentsWebsite redesign or UI/UX exposureExperience with wireframes, user journeys, workflows, or design systemsMotion graphics or light video editing exposureFamiliarity with AI-powered design toolsBackground in regulated industries such as healthcare, dermatology, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environmentsSelf-starter mindset with strong ownership mentalityHighly receptive to feedback and collaborative partnership with marketing/sales teamsDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
