Overview:
We run a 24/7 live-streaming operation on one of TikTok's largest brand accounts — 3 million followers and growing. We're looking for hosts who treat the stream like a sales floor: high energy, camera-ready, and locked in on driving results every shift. You must be in the greater Los Angeles area to commute to the site.
If you're charismatic, competitive, and you want to make real money performing at the top of your game, this is the role.
What you'll do:

Host live shifts on a 3M+ follower TikTok account — you are the show
•
Drive giveaway sequences and sales moments that keep chat engaged and buying
•
Read the room in real time: build energy when it's low, press when it's high
•
Engage chat authentically — viewers are loyal to hosts they trust
•
Represent the brand well: polished, consistent, and always on
What we're looking for:

Strong on-camera presence — you hold attention naturally
•
Sales instinct — you know how to create urgency and close
•
Hunger — you're motivated by performance and want to earn
•
Reliability — when you're scheduled, you show up and you're ready
•
Experience in live selling, hosting, modeling, or performance is a plus — but we'll train the right person
Schedule:
We run 24/7 across five daily shifts. Consistent weekly availability is required — this is a recurring role, not freelance gigs. Flexible on which shifts you cover; inflexible on showing up when you're booked.
