This position will work closely with Division sales, operations, and finance teams.**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)*** Coordinate schedules and training for sales team.* Maintain supply of sales presentation materials, including slides, and brochures.* Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.* Track quotas and goals of sales team members.* Coordinate with finance team to verify timely invoicing, accounts receivable tasks, and collections.* Develop and maintain knowledge of products, customers, and administrative processes.* Work with other departments to coordinate marketing, research, design, and financing to optimize sales.* Coordinate project booking for sales team.* Support integration and consistent activity with CRM pipeline software.**WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU*** High school diploma or equivalent.* 1-2 years of construction sales administration experience preferred.* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.* Excellent customer service and follow up skills.* Ability to escalate difficult inquiries or problems to managers.* Strong written and verbal skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.* Able to collaborate with sales team members and other departments with minimal supervision.**WHAT WE'RE BRINGING TO THE TABLE*** Competitive salary based on qualifications.* Paid time off plan and holidays.* 401(k) matching.* Short term and long-term disability.* Medical, dental, and vision plans with options.* Life insurance.* Professional career development opportunities.* Tuition reimbursement."Sciens" is Latin for "knowledgeable and skilled."
