This is a unique opportunity to get in early and deliver significant portions of the technical roadmap.

Key Job Responsibilities

You lead the design, implementation, and delivery of software in ambiguous and complex problem spaces at the team level.

You think in terms of architecture, not just code, and work proactively to improve consistency and integration between your team’s software and related software owned by other teams.

You communicate your ideas effectively to achieve the right outcome for your team and customers.

You harmonize discordant views and build consensus to resolve contentious issues.

You lead design reviews for your team and actively participate in design reviews of related software at your location.

Your code, design, and implementation decisions set a great example and demonstrate best practices.

You provide insightful code reviews and take ownership of outcomes.

You actively participate in the hiring process and mentor others.
