About the Role
As the People & Talent Manager, US you will be responsible for leading the delivery of People & Talent services across the US, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to Senior Manager People & Talent you will partner with business leaders to drive People initiatives, manage employee relations, ensure compliance, and lead a small People & Talent team to deliver efficient and effective People operations. The role also acts as a key connector between the US business and global People strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the key People & Talent partner for US leaders and teams, providing practical, commercially aligned HR advice
Lead and develop the US People team, driving performance, accountability, and a high‑performing culture
Manage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with US employment laws and effective risk management
Oversee recruitment delivery and workforce planning, supporting strong hiring outcomes and capability needs
Support engagement, performance, and development initiatives, reinforcing culture and company values
Ensure accurate HR operations, including employment documentation, payroll alignment, and system integrity
Provide HR reporting and insights to enable data-driven decision‑making
Partner with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and implement targeted talent strategies
Support performance and remuneration processes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
Lead local HR initiatives and contribute to global People projects, driving continuous improvement and alignment across regions
Experience & Skills
Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent senior-level experience
Strong leadership and coaching capability, with experience building high-performing, engaged teams
Deep knowledge of US HR practices and employment law, with proven ability to manage risk and ensure compliance
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, including complex case management and advising stakeholders
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally, translating plans into practical, hands‑on delivery
Proven capability influencing and partnering with stakeholders, including sales teams, to drive performance outcomes
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to guide leaders through complex people matters
Experience across recruitment, HR operations, and workforce planning in fast-paced or commercial environments
High attention to detail and accountability, ensuring accuracy, quality, and ownership of outcomes
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and implement effective improvements
Experience working in global or matrix environments, collaborating across regions and managing competing priorities

This position has a base salary range of $140,000 - $150,000 and is eligible for annual bonus.
