Quality Control (QC) Technician - Full-time
We are seeking a full-time Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our Engineering department. The role involves maintaining and supporting broadcast equipment for clients worldwide. The position is on-site at our Van Nuys, CA facility, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Wage is $18-$20 per hour, with overtime as needed.

Key Duties

Test broadcast equipment in the NEP Rentals Inventory to ensure proper operation.

Build and assemble rack systems and packages.

Configure equipment to client specifications.

Assist clients with technical support in person or over the phone when required.

Requirements

General networking knowledge (preferred).

Ability to solve unusual or unexpected problems.

Effective communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Excellent customer service, externally and internally.

Knowledge of broadcast equipment.

Understanding of video/audio standards.

Troubleshooting techniques/skills.
