Operations Manager
for Chick‑fil‑A Crossville who will help lead restaurant operations at night while building a high‑performing team culture. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing future leaders, and ensuring every guest receives the remarkable experience Chick‑fil‑A is known for.
Role Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant operations including Front of House, Back of House, and Drive‑Thru
Develop, coach, and hold accountable teams of 25+ team members
Drive operational excellence through hands‑on leadership
Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
Maintain high guest satisfaction through consistent service excellence
Identify operational challenges and implement real‑time solutions
Train and develop team members into future leaders
Support restaurant operations during high‑volume shifts and peak periods
Reinforce a culture built on teamwork, humility, and servant leadership
Qualifications
2+ years of leadership experience (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred)
Ability to work 5 nights per week (required)
Understanding of food safety standards and shift operations
