About the Role:
RSM is seeking a highly creative Experiential Content Creator with strong videography and photography experience to help capture and tell the story behind our experiential and retail marketing programs.

We’re looking for someone with a sharp creative eye, strong instincts for storytelling, and a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create modern, engaging, culturally relevant content across live experiences, branded environments, and consumer interactions.

This role is about more than simply documenting events. The right person understands how to capture moments, energy, emotion, and detail in a way that elevates the brand, strengthens client storytelling, and transforms experiences into compelling content across social media, recap videos, case studies, presentations, and brand materials.

Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photo and video content across experiential events, activations, and branded environments

Create social-first content that feels modern, fast-paced, and culturally relevant

Produce event recap videos, sizzle reels, case study content, and branded storytelling materials

Identify and capture key moments, interactions, environments, and details that best tell the story of the experience

Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to align content capture with program goals and brand vision

Edit and deliver polished content optimized for social media, presentations, client recaps, and business development

Maintain a strong visual standard across all captured content

Travel as needed to support live events, activations, and program execution based on client and project needs

Qualifications:

Strong portfolio showcasing experiential, lifestyle, retail, sports, entertainment, or branded content work

Experience capturing fast-moving live events and branded experiences

Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, framing, lighting, and composition

Ability to create both polished brand content and fast-turn social media assets

Proficiency in video editing, color correction, motion, and content formatting for digital and social platforms

Strong instincts for capturing emotionally engaging and visually compelling moments

Experience with modern content trends, creator-style storytelling, and evolving social platforms

Willingness to travel based on event schedules and program needs
