Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Agency Producer to join our team on‑site in the Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul Area. The Agency Producer will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, generating new leads, providing tailored insurance solutions, and managing policy renewals. Key responsibilities include educating clients about insurance options, preparing quotes, conducting coverage reviews, and ensuring excellent customer service. The individual will also contribute to achieving sales goals while upholding the agency’s commitment to transparency and personalized service.

Qualifications

Sales and Relationship Management: Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and building lasting customer relationships.

Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance products, policy review, and risk analysis.

Customer Service: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Organizational and Administrative Skills: Proficiency in managing policy renewals, preparing quotes, and adhering to timelines and documentation requirements.

Technology Proficiency: Competence with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.

Insurance Licensure: Active Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses, or the ability to obtain these licenses within a specified timeframe.

Additional Attributes: Positive attitude, strong ethical standards, ability to work independently, and a results‑driven mindset.
