From initial brief through to final delivery, you’ll shape raw footage into engaging, effective content that reflects each client’s brand, objectives and target audience. The content you produce will be used across digital media, advertising and marketing campaigns, so a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing and audience engagement is key. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, digital-first business, working across multiple projects and sectors.

We believe the quality of our work is driven by the strength of our team, and we’re proud of the culture we’ve built, recognised with two national honours at the UK Company Culture Awards 2026 for our commitment to employee wellbeing, leadership and a genuine people-first approach. Alongside this, you’ll benefit from a competitive salary, the right equipment to succeed in a remote role, opportunities for ongoing personal development, and access to a wide range of company benefits and group-wide initiatives.

Please note: this is a fully remote, home-based role. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be based in the North East or North West of England, in line with the wider team's location.
