Compensation
This is an hourly position. The anticipated base pay compensation range is $21.10 to $26.35. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of posting based on the job grade. Individual pay will depend on geographic location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation may be higher or lower than the range described.

Job Description
The Sales Coordinator provides support to sales team members who are aligned to contractual customers. Sales Coordinators manage multiple track codes with approximately $150 million in revenue. The purpose of the role is to shift non‑selling activities away from our sales partners, enabling them to focus on strategic selling activities and achieve sales growth. Sales Coordinators assist with contractual recurring reporting, contractual pricing coordination, track‑code maintenance, strategic content development, and pre/post order support. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for fostering significant business partnerships with all levels of leadership and collaborates with multiple cross‑functional teams to improve the customer and seller experience.

You Will

Support multiple sellers and serve as a strategic partner in managing approximately $150 million in sales.

Provide seller support for large contract customers (e.g., National Accounts, Healthcare, GPOs, Channel Business, Gov’t) and maintain a strategic relationship with Grainger Canada National Sales Coordinators in regard to CSP pricing, reporting, quotes, sourcing, and other complex organizational tasks to drive contract implementation and execution.

Apply critical thinking to uncover unique and complex customer requirements and create effective solutions.

Act as a liaison between cross‑functional departments such as Quotes, Cross‑Referencing, Customer Life‑Cycle Project Manager, Contract Enablement Manager, Contract Administration Coordinator, Sourcing, Customer Service, Financial Services, eCommerce, Technical Product Support, and other supported departments.

Use data to articulate the customer story and address inconsistencies or anomalies.

Assist in RFQs, large bid pricing, and contractual CSP activities.

Prepare quarterly business review reporting.

Maintain monthly, contractual, customer‑facing reporting.

Manage mass account creation and/or deactivation.

Support large account list match projects and e‑business integrations.

Create and manage track codes, align accounts, and handle contractual diversity reporting.

You Have

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Technological proficiency to navigate Grainger systems and software packages, including SAP/SOE, MS Office (Excel, Access), MS Outlook, SalesForce, and Keepstock Dashboard.

Ability to influence without authority and negotiate to make sound decisions while minimizing risk to the company.

Persistence in a position or plan of action until desired results are achieved or it is no longer reasonable to continue.

Agility in a fast‑paced environment and continuous improvement mindset toward process and technology opportunities.

Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new efficient data manipulation techniques.

Capacity to multi‑task, handle multiple priorities with agility, and perform in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Strong decision‑making, solution‑focused, and troubleshooting skills.

Business acumen and knowledge of the MRO industry.
