Drive sales growth by meeting directly with local homeowners, residents, and decision-makers in New London and the surrounding areas

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through trust, transparency, and exceptional sales service

Conduct in‑person consultations to understand customer needs and recommend Frontier’s reliable communication solutions

Confidently present product options, explain pricing plans, and guide customers through the decision‑making process

Effectively handle objections and negotiate service agreements by emphasizing Frontier’s competitive advantages

Serve as a trusted consultant, educating customers on the features and benefits of high‑speed internet, wireless, and home phone services

Represent the Frontier brand with professionalism and integrity in every sales interaction, ensuring a positive customer experience that drives retention and referrals

Contribute to the success of the Frontier Communications Associate team by achieving personal targets and supporting a collaborative, goal‑oriented environment

What We’re Looking For In A Frontier Communications Associate:

Previous experience in sales, account management, client relations, or a leadership/management role

Proven ability to negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and consistently close sales

Strong organizational skills with a commitment to thorough follow‑up and client communication before and after the sale

A high level of ambition and a track record of achieving or exceeding Frontier Communications Associate team performance goals

Confident communicator who can contribute ideas, insights, and innovative solutions to senior team members

Detail‑oriented with the ability to work proactively, independently, and with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment
