Personal Lines Account Manager
Full-Time | Hybrid Remote (2 Days a Week In-Office)

Are you a personal lines insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be an essential partner to producers, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and that their insurance programs are expertly managed.

About the Role
You will partner closely with producers to manage and service a diverse book of business. From marketing specialty lines to handling client communications and renewals, your work will directly impact client satisfaction and agency growth. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

What You'll Do

Assist producers in marketing and servicing new and renewal personal lines accounts

Prepare coverage comparisons, proposals, and summaries of insurance for prospects and clients

Review expiring policies with producers at least 90 days prior to renewal

Handle premium account reconciliations and online quoting, rating, and data retrieval

Report claims and respond to client questions and concerns in a timely, professional mannerMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the Agency Management System

Stay current on market conditions, carrier appetites, and industry trends

Cross-sell additional coverage to existing clients where appropriate

Take initiative in managing accounts in the producer's absence

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience

Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain per state requirements)

Strong understanding of insurance coverages and markets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience with at least one Agency Management System

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

Team-oriented mindset with a professional and client-first attitude

High school diploma required
