Job Description:
Acts as Field Marketing professional visiting with agencies in the assigned territory.
Responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships in an assigned territory.
Monitors new binding activity as well as renewal retention for assigned group of agents.
Provides marketing information to agents regarding product opportunities.
Engages in consultative marketing strategy and provides detailed production data to help educate and guide agents.
Acts as primary source of correspondence from agents within assigned territory.
Answers questions and uses problem-solving skills to resolve matters for agents and customers.
Maintains appropriate level of product knowledge to be able to train agents on our products.
Identifies and communicates issues raised by individual agents as well as changes in the marketplace regarding competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
Seven or more years related work experience.
Advance Marketing and Sales Skills.
Insurance terminology.
Microsoft Office Suite.
