Volunteer Photographer: Capture Moments at Leukemia Run

As the nation's largest nonprofit focused exclusively on funding leukemia research, our grants are accelerating the development of new and better treatments and an ultimate cure for leukemia. Through our patient-centered approach, access to leukemia experts, and nationwide partnerships, our support programs help patients and their loved ones navigate every step of the cancer journey.

Volunteer Photographer
Help us capture the energy, inspiration, and community spirit of the ABC7 Gibbons 5K Run & 3K Walk benefiting leukemia research.

As a Volunteer Photographer, you will take photos throughout the event, including participants, teams, survivors, volunteers, sponsor activations, the start and finish lines, awards, and other memorable moments.

No professional photography experience is required. We will provide the equipment. We simply need a reliable volunteer who is comfortable taking photos and moving throughout the event site.

Responsibilities

Capture photos of participants and event activities

Photograph key event moments and sponsor areas

Work with event staff to ensure important moments are documented

Return equipment at the conclusion of your shift

Requirements

Arrive by 8 00 a.m.

Comfortable walking around the event site for several hours

Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable

Your photos will help us share the impact of the event and celebrate everyone who helps move leukemia research forward.
