About DTMB
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supports state agency business operations through services such as building management, IT, contracting, budgeting, space planning, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of retirement systems.

About the Position
As a senior member of eMichigan’s WCMS Support Team, this position will support all enterprise‑wide agency Internet websites that utilize the Michigan.gov Web Content Management System (WCMS). Responsibilities include creating and maintaining state agency websites, developing end‑user documentation and training, and working closely with WCMS developers to recommend and test enhancements to the WCMS and related Internet technology.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update agency websites using WCMS.
Create and update end‑user documentation.
Conduct user training sessions.
Collaborate with developers to test and recommend WCMS enhancements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 21 semester (32 term) credits in computer science, data processing, computer information systems, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, information assurance, IT project management, or mathematics.
Two years of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst P11.
Demonstrated excellent communication, customer service, and team‑oriented mindset.

Alternate Education & Experience
Associate’s degree with 16 semester (24 term) credits plus two years of experience as an application programmer, computer operator, IT technician, or 4160 hours as a Student Assistant.
High‑school level education plus four years of experience as an application programmer, computer operator, IT technician, or 8320 hours as a Student Assistant.
