Strategic Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a

Strategic Marketing Manager

responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for our insurance business unit. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the target market, creating marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and services while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Define and drive the optimal segment marketing strategy and campaigns for various business units.

Develop new customer and/or retention targets to measure program effectiveness.

Facilitate marketing planning sessions with key business stakeholders, and build consensus around go‑to‑market plans and budgets.

Continuously communicate market opportunities and campaign progress.

Track and analyze program performance through the development of KPIs and dashboards.

Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of needs, behaviors and preferences.

Work with agency of record and in‑house creative to create compelling marketing content and messaging that resonates with the target audience.

Develop and execute campaigns across a variety of sales and marketing channels.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaign success.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape and industry best practices.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

Years of Experience

10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a brand marketing role.

Agriculture marketing and crop insurance knowledge preferred.
