The Line of Business (LOB) Lead serves as the primary strategic liaison between the Models, Quantum, and Silicon (MQS, formerly known as AGI) Talent Acquisition leadership team and the Global Amazon Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing (AIM) organization. This high‑visibility global role focuses on conversion optimization—translating the awareness and positive perception built by the AI Talent Perception & Influence Manager into qualified applicants and successful hires for MQS’s most critical AI, ML, and Science roles.

Working closely with the AI Talent Perception & Influence Manager, the LOB Lead ensures that strong employer perception converts into hiring outcomes. While the Perception & Influence Manager shapes how the world’s AI talent community perceives Amazon as an employer, this role bridges strategy to execution—combining strategic partnership, data‑driven campaign execution, and operational excellence to deliver measurable results against MQS’s most challenging hiring goals. The LOB Lead owns defining the global marketing strategy and priorities for MQS and works with regional leads to translate these priorities into concrete plans and implementation that drive the hiring outcomes needed.

MQS represents some of Amazon’s most strategic and challenging hiring needs in artificial intelligence and machine learning. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in converting awareness and positive perception into actual hires—directly impacting Amazon’s ability to attract and hire the AI talent needed to innovate and lead in the AI space. Through partnership with the AI Talent Perception & Influence Manager and regional marketing leads, you’ll build an end‑to‑end talent marketing engine that positions Amazon as the top choice for AI talent and delivers the hiring results to prove it.
