Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support day‑to‑day marketing execution across both brands. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and plays a key part in supporting sales, product launches, digital marketing, visual asset development, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities
This role supports a wide range of marketing initiatives, including:

Digital & Website

Assist with website updates, creation of landing pages, and ongoing content maintenance

Coordinate product uploads, spec sheets, pricing updates, and digital asset organization

Support SEO efforts and performance tracking

Email Campaigns

Manage email lists and segmentation

Draft, design, and schedule customer and sales rep email campaigns

Track performance metrics and provide reporting insights

Social Media

Assist with planning and executing social media content across platforms

Create graphics and write captions aligned with each brand voice

Monitor engagement and support growth initiatives

Assist with development of sales presentations, lookbooks, brochures, and price lists

Coordinate marketing materials for product launches and rep communications

Support internal sales tools and resource organization

Product Marketing & Visual Content

Help prepare launch materials including copywriting, graphics, and email campaigns

Organize and manage digital product libraries (images, renderings, videos)

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information

Work with outside rendering studios, photographers, and creative vendors to generate high‑quality visual assets

Assist in directing product photography, lifestyle renderings, and image editing

Utilize AI tools and creative software to support the development of marketing imagery

Ensure visual assets meet brand standards for lighting, composition, accuracy, and finish representation

Events & PR

Support trade show planning and follow‑up

Assist with press releases and outreach to industry media

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required)

2+ years of experience in marketing or related field

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva

Working knowledge of WordPress

Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail

Experience creating digital and print marketing materials

Highly organized with strong time management skills

This role works primarily during Philippine business hours with one required weekly team meeting on Thursday afternoons PST (Friday morning PHT). Occasional async communication outside core hours may be needed.

Preferred but Not Required

Experience in commercial furniture, interior design, architecture, or product‑based industries

Experience working with rendering vendors or photo studios

Familiarity with AI image‑generation tools

Experience supporting B2B sales teams

Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp or similar)

Experience in a small, fast‑paced company environment
