Job Summary
A leading media and entertainment organisation is seeking a Lead Advertising & Creative Services Manager with experience in customer retention marketing and agency collaboration. This role focuses on developing and delivering creative campaigns targeted at existing customers, with the goal of increasing loyalty, reducing churn, and driving revenue.

The successful candidate will provide strategic creative direction, manage external agency partners, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agency partners on designated projects

Build strong cross-functional relationships to align creative outputs with business goals and performance metrics

Manage end-to-end delivery of customer-focused creative campaigns, including:

Reviewing briefs and defining creative requirements

Briefing and guiding agency partners

Managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met

Reviewing and approving creative assets and messaging

Presenting campaign concepts and progress to senior stakeholders

Consolidating and delivering feedback to agencies

Overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle

Ensuring final delivery meets agreed specifications and budget

Maintain accurate project documentation, including:

Archiving completed campaigns and tracking historical activity

Monitoring usage rights and renewals

Capturing and sharing campaign performance insights and learnings

Manage campaign budgets in line with agreed scopes of work

Proactively identify risks, resolve project challenges, and implement process improvements and best practices

Experience Required

At least 3 years' experience in advertising, creative services, or marketing project management

Proven ability to manage external creative agencies from concept through to final delivery

Experience presenting creative work and campaign strategy to senior stakeholders

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Background in retention marketing with a focus on customer loyalty, churn reduction, and revenue growth

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred)

Key Skills

Strong understanding of creative processes, formats, and multi-channel delivery

Excellent project management and organisational skills with high attention to detail

Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities

Ability to problem-solve and independently resolve project challenges

Collaborative team player with a proactive approach

Systems & Tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Excel)

Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet

Experience with design collaboration tools (e.g. Figma)

Knowledge of content and asset management platforms (e.g. CMS and document sharing systems)

Working Arrangement

Fully remote role, open to candidates based within the United States
