Senior Stage Manager - Show Ops & Rehearsals

Responsibilities

Assists in the recruitment and selection of performing artistes.

Coordinates practices and rehearsal schedules for all performing artistes.

Monitors and reports the work progress of all performing artistes.

Manages the backstage and onstage area during performances.

Conducts market research, gathers information on latest trends to improve business prospects.

Plans, designs, and produces solutions while managing all project delivery elements within time limit.

Liaises with customers to identify their needs and to ensure customers' satisfaction.

Promotes the Company's business via social media platforms.
