Our Client is seeking an experienced Art Director to craft compelling visual concepts and lead creative execution across print, digital, and light motion design. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, brand‑aligned work that supports strategic marketing goals. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, brings strong leadership capabilities, and leverages emerging AI tools to enhance creative output.

What You’ll Do

Lead the development of impactful visual concepts that align with business and marketing objectives.

Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers.

Review and approve creative work to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.

Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback.

Produce assets spanning print, digital, and basic motion/animation.

Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders.

Translate creative briefs into actionable design strategy and guide brand execution.

Deliver rough concepts, layouts, mockups, and refined digital comps.

Prepare and finalize production‑ready assets with accuracy.

Oversee project workflows, deadlines, and priorities.

Partner closely with creative, production, and cross‑functional teams.

Ensure consistency, precision, and excellence across all deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

5–10 years in print, retail, or digital design; prior leadership experience preferred.

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma knowledge is a plus.

Working understanding of motion basics (After Effects, animated graphics, GIFs).

Hands‑on experience using AI tools for ideation, layout, image enhancement, or asset creation.

Strong foundation in typography, layout design, and production processes.

Familiarity with prepress, printing, digital output, and digital advertising standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong understanding of branding and creative strategy.

Excellent organization, file‑building, and template‑creation skills.

Confident communication and presentation abilities.
