Basic Job Functions
The Designer II position involves generating and designing fabrication drawings, permit drawings, and installation drawings for customers as needed. The role requires understanding engineering calculations to help design systems, basic math for system weight calculations, and knowledge of blueprint standards. The Designer II will collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, and project managers to support client projects, and prepare fabrication drawings, customer approval drawings, and bill of materials for an RFP. This position offers an opportunity for an experienced designer to gain career growth. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
0-3 years’ experience in the Racking/ Supply Chain industry
Experience using Design Software’s (AutoCAD and Inventor) or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, design, or comparable experience
Prior experience leading a team
