Position Summary
Retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand. They partner with loyal and occasional customers to provide an exceptional experience, maintain meticulous product presentations, and serve as subject‑matter experts on products and services.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Generate revenue through excellent customer service and by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.

Maintain store presentation according to visual guidelines, including proper signage and cleanliness.

Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code.

Protect company assets following Lids Retail policies.

Manage store inventory: process shipments, reset merchandise, and accurately count products in a consistent and timely manner.

Adhere to all Lids Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
